Nurse Joni and Slithering Ed
Joni was a very brave girl on Friday - she had two pre-nursery (yes, not long now! She can't wait till September 25th) injections, administered by a lovely midwife with the sentence "This is going to hurt". I suppose it's good to be honest! This morning though, we had both kids on the bed, when Joni suddenly picked up a toy, looked right into Ed's eyes and explained in a slow, somber voice: "This is going to hurt": then threw the toy at his face.
It was one of those situations - you know where you know you can't laugh but can't help it? I mean she saw the logic as, if someone says this first then it's OK to hurt somebody else? We had to explain it wasn't that way - which was quite difficult! ;-) Anyway the toy missed Edward, thank goodness.
Ed's trying to crawl - look at this effort! I'm sure I'll be posting a video of him crawling around pretty soon. [Sorry there's no sound on this vid, can't figure out why....]
